Over 30 men and women will be honored. Dr. Caddie whose the Founder of Devine Creations which is a nonprofit organization located in Spring, Texas. This years keynote speaker will be the one and only Dr. Benita Ledet, known as “The Love Doctor”., along with Dr. Alissa R. Jones as this year’s emcee.
All of this year’s honorees will receive The President’s Lifetime Achiement Award, The President’s Volunteer Service Award is a prestigious national honor that highlights your
